They also utilized some key websites to help get any needed information out to the community including a facebook page and a orgsite website dedicated to their community. 

Weaknesses of Fowler Township's communication:The people of Fowler Township are a tight-knit community, and all will tell you news in their town spreads through word of mouth from one neighbor to another faster than in most places. However, because it is such a small town they lack the news media attention that other larger towns and cities receive, so when there is news that needs to spread beyond word of mouth communication the people of Fowler need some help reaching out to surrounding communities.
