Strengths

The strengths of Fowler's social services are that they have services such as financial and food assistance, adult and child protective services, and help for those who are disabled or mentally ill.  Care is offered to a wide range of needy people.

Weaknesses

Fowler is lacking any of these resources in their town; they are all elsewhere in Trumbull County.  They also do not have many volunteer resources.
